However, if a subscription, recurring service, retainer, membership or similar arrangement is introduced, the applicable commercial terms will be communicated before activation.Where recurring payments are applicable, renewal terms, billing frequency and cancellation requirements will be specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.Pingle Associates may terminate or suspend services where:The customer breaches these Terms;Payment obligations remain unpaid;Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;Continued service would violate applicable law;A communication platform suspends or restricts the relevant account;A third-party provider withdraws necessary services; orContinued service creates a material security, compliance or operational risk.Termination does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSPingle Associates may use authorised business messaging channels, including WhatsApp Business Platform / Official API and RCS for Business, where appropriate and available.Use of these channels is subject to the policies, technical requirements and terms imposed by the respective platform providers, in addition to these Terms.For WhatsApp Business messaging, Pingle Associates may use approved message templates where business-initiated messaging requires them and may respond to customer messages within applicable messaging windows and platform rules.Pingle Associates will not intentionally use WhatsApp or RCS to distribute unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive or prohibited content.Customers acknowledge that WhatsApp, Meta, Google, carriers and other platform providers may independently apply their own technical, security, content, quality, account-review and enforcement measures.Pingle Associates does not control decisions made independently by Meta, Google, telecommunications operators or other third-party platforms.For RCS messaging, customers may have platform-provided unsubscribe controls. Where a user withdraws consent or unsubscribes from non-essential messaging, Pingle Associates will take reasonable steps to respect that preference.RCS agent and brand verification may be subject to verification procedures involving the relevant platform, carriers or authorised representatives.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance PolicyPingle Associates intends to communicate only with persons for whom there is an appropriate lawful basis, consent or customer-initiated interaction, as applicable.Where promotional communication requires consent, Pingle Associates will use reasonable mechanisms to obtain and maintain such consent.Messages may include:Enquiry responses;Product information;Quotations;Order-related updates;Customer-support responses;Transactional notifications;Service information;Appointment or delivery information where applicable; andPromotional communications where appropriately permitted.Pingle Associates will not knowingly send misleading, fraudulent or intentionally harmful messages.Message delivery is not guaranteed.
